Creative Child provides a safe, fun and nurturing environment for your children aged from 12 months and up. Our staff creates an atmosphere of support and affection, which allows children to use their creativity and discover their own world. Children also learn to interact socially and gain self-esteem. By emphasizing these important skills, our nursery prepares your children for the next stage in their lives.
WHAT MAKE US SPECIAL?
Educational Supervisor: Our qualified and experienced supervisor is in charge of develop and oversee the implementation of the curriculum. Her main responsibility is training our academic staff, researching, reviewing the lessons plans and monitoring the classes.
Communication Program: Our strategy starts with our "My First Time" program that helps parents and children in the beginning of the early pre-school years. We aim to promote constant communication with parents. Weekly notes, personalized comments in the student's diary and formal assessments every term will give you the opportunity to interact with your children and reinforce what they are learning at Creative Child.
Additional Languages Classes: Creative Child promotes multilingualism at an early age which provides cultural understanding, academic and cognitive advantages in the long term. We offer a daily class of Arabic, French or Spanish.
Music Classes: We offer several activities with music through the day. During the circle time the Lead Caregivers use the traditional nursery rhymes and music and movements exercises. In addition to this activity our music teacher encourages them to explore different instruments like: tambourines, drums, violin, triangles, xylophones, bells and maracas. While the teacher plays the piano or violin, the children learn about rhythm and dance movements.
NEW: From January 2009 Creative Child will include Classical Music as a part of our curriculum.
Gym and Yoga Class: Our Yoga approach is fun and exciting. Animal postures and follow the lead games let them explore concentration, physical strength, flexibility and self-confidence. Through gym equipment children can play on riding toys, climbing frames, slides, jumping in an inflated bouncer, throw balls and bean bags. This promotes body awareness, balance and coordination.
